Kuusamo is known for its magnificent rapids abounding in fish just like its clear-watered lakes, and, for Kuusamon Uistin, of course. Head on over to Kuusamo and experience the majesty of nature at the Rivers Oulankajoki, Kuusinkijoki and Kitkajoki or on the Lakes Kuusamojärvi, Kitkajärvi and Iijärvi. Or maybe you would prefer the peace and quiet of the numerous other smaller waters in Kuusamo. While you are here, you are also more than welcome to come visit us at Kuusamon Uistin.

Finding us is easy. Starting from the town centre of Kuusamo, drive on the National Road 5 for approximately 5 kilometres towards Ruka until you see a little pond on the right hand side of the road. Beyond the pond you will already see our flags and signposts, which will guide you to our cosy cafe and factory shop. Our shop stocks both brand new Kuusamo products as well as old classic and also offers second rate products and products going out of sale at very affordable prices. You might even find some unique items, products that have not yet made it into production, and lots of different accessories for fishing and other outdoors activities. Our cooking corner offers plentiful tips and tools for making tasty fish dishes. You can also get your souvenirs and gifts under the same roof. We haven’t forgotten about children either: our play area and natural fish aquarium will leave a nice holiday memory. We also sell fishing permits for the nearby pond; catching a big rainbow trout will leave a lasting grin on an angler’s face regardless of age.
