This is one long-casting little lure. Wolfram is a material that is even heavier than lead. We at Kuusamon Uistin began to use it for the bodies of our spinners a couple of years ago.
This move was immediately praised – anglers were especially impressed by the material’s casting properties. Anglers also noted that a wolfram spinner would sink faster than its ordinary counterparts. In many running waters, even a slightly deeper swimming depth might mean a significant increase in the number of caught fish. Additional tip: use a thin braided line to increase the casting distance even further and make the lure sink even faster.
